Baylates is a unique combination of Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Breathwork, and Strength Training. These low-impact, medium-high intensity workouts are designed to get you results in under 30 minutes. My aim is to create safe space and impactful experience where we can exchange energy and work towards your highest self.
